Recently got my first car!! at this dealership, my car salesman was the best, his name is Victor, hands down the most reliable and honest car salesman I’ve encountered with. Always kept me updated with my process of getting my first car and was completely honest with the options I had. He looked out for my best interest in making a smart choice as a first time car to begin my credit journey since mine wasn’t at the very best. He was patient with my time management and was very helpful with any questions I had. Highly would recommend all my friends/family to come to this dealership since they take great care of you and help you out so much, and would 100% recommend to go with Victor. Amazing place, I loved my whole experience and I’m extremely happy with my choice 😊

I went for service regarding tire pressure sensor they replaced 4 sensor (2 weeks ago). They told me that i have a 7 years warranty for the sensor but i came back because I been having a slow leak i thought its my tire , before I go to toyota i went to pep boys were i bought my tire they told me there is nothing wrong with the tire, its the sensor. So I went back to toyota service in Oakdale according them pep boys ruined the sensor they did not honor the warranty. They replace again the new sensor i just bought with them 2 weeks ago. I have to pay them again for 1 sensor . Then I went home, same night they replace the new sensor I have low tire pressure again ,now every time I need to use the car I need to put air thinking I have a hole in my tire, I went to tire shop they told me nothing wrong with my tire its a sensor is not put in properly they fixed it for free meanwhile I pay Toyota Oakdale $300+for 1 sensor to make my sensor even worse. Its so frustrating., all they care about is to make money such a scam.....
