Great amazing spot!! As soon as you walk in your introduced to two giant flatscreens with 100 of options. The staff is great and very helpful. Definitely will visit again.

Would be better if they closed at 7:30-8:00 instead of 7 o’clock

Clean n nice but the yogurts are always icy instead of smooth. Original flavor is sugary n icy compared to other locations where the flavor is legit n smooth. Maybe they need to check their machines.

No wifi and only one outlet. Not much selection of drinks, so only come here for froyo if you like the tartness

I've tried the original flavor at other red mango locations but this one doesn't quite taste the same. I don't think it's red mango froyo but I could be wrong.

My friend wanted to go to the Red Mango today so we did go, and surprisingly we saw there was also another shop in the Red Mango as well called “Anda Cafe”. Anda Cafe serves many different bobas! Right away I caught my eyes on the brown sugar milk tea and damn it was sooo good! The tea was very milky, smooth, and sweet. The bubbles were super chewy and yummy, so it was really enjoyable. My friend also ordered her yogurt where you order the size you want and then get the yogurt yourself and then go back to ask for toppings. However, the staff sort of have a bit of an accent, which may be hard for some people who aren’t familiar with chinese. There also isn’t seating anymore, so you have to either stand or find another area. Overall though everything was super quick and was priced well, it was quite a surprise to see they have a boba shop now too.

Red mango is one of many different places that serve frozen yogurt with various toppings. They have unique flavors that are not common such as white peach, lemonchello, etc.

I was so excited to have Red Mango on a hot day in July. This was my first time visiting this location and I was in quite a rush. I opted for the vanilla bean frozen yogurt and three toppings. My total was about $11.00 , and I was okay with that. However , when I arrived home and consumed the frozen yogurt - I was in disbelief. It was so horrible that I sent an email to the Red Mango chain( awaiting a reply now for two weeks). The frozen yogurt was definitely spoiled , and they toppings didn't make it any better. I would like my money back or a credit towards another flavor !

Horrible experience. Frozen yogurt flavors were okay, but WAY mushier than it should have been. There were even flies at the topping bar. Their service was horrible too. The clerk seemed completely disinterested in his job and was zoning out.Not planning to come back.

I prefer the self serve Fro-yo spots but it's pretty clean and the workers are friendly.

Always have the best flavor options for froyo and a lot of choices for toppings.

VERY clean and organized place! Probably the best Red Mango I've been to...but I don't go to that many. Great natural sunlight and small decorations elevate the experience.I really like the milk tea that I tried. Probably one of my favorite boba places, and I do consume a sizeable amount of milk tea.Huge menu ranging from Acai Bowls, Veggie Smoothies, and lots of Yogurt obviously. The bubble tea has a good range of flavors/textures/styles too and is well made. The employees put care into their work but still complete tasks in a timely manner. The store is strict on not passing through (ex: coming in through the back door by the back parking lot and going out from the front door facing the street-- or vice versa) without buying/picking anything up/etc. Which is fine by me, especially now with Covid, just thought I'd mention it.Be aware of the language/cultural barrier, not all the employees are native English speakers, so certain things may come off as rude or more blunt than intended. If you only know English, expect very transactional, brief conversations, very to the point. Wearing masks make everything so much harder to hear/talk, so it amplifies these things.4 instead of 5 stars, because despite the cultural barrier, in my experiences this store *does* have noticeably poorer customer service than the surrounding places. It doesn't bother me and I don't mind super formal/transactional clear cut interactions, but a little more care and flourish would go a long way to cut the barrier.Keep in mind I only went here one time though earlier today in the afternoon. It was kinda busy when I went, so many the interactions are only on account of that? I'll update this if needed.

So happy a red mango opened up closer to me. I ordered original flavor, with brownies, strawberry boba, and strawberries. Delicious. The place was very clean. The service was wonderful. I usually go to the red mango in fresh meadows, NY, but this red mango seemed much better in terms of quality of service.
