Worst subway ever. We ordered 4 footlong sandwiches, 2 cold cuts and 2 ham. Each sandwich was made with the wrong bread and 1 slice of meat through the length of the sandwich so that no meats were overlapping. The same with the veggies too. Geez.. I know times are tough but still. Counting meat and veggies is too much.

the worst subways ever workers are so rude. i was sitting down in the store deciding what i wanted to eat with a starbucks water in my hand. the manager comes and say i need to leave because of my outside food. so i get up and buy a cookie thinking hopefully he will leave me the hell alone. nope he then again ark me to leave so another customer can sit. bro what !?????? horrible horrible people work here please fire them all. how you want me to get up for another customer i dont care if they spent more i paid my money to get these cookies leave me alone, so i can enjoy them.

Worker(maybe the owner) doesn't accept the coupon. Coupon expires on September 24th. I was at the store last day. He said it expired day before. Also, bread was old.

The guy who works here on Saturday Evening needs to be trained. He doesn’t know how to treat customers and how to talk with customers. If I could give him 0 stars I would do it.

Poor customer service, walk in at 7pm it says they close at 7:30pm. First thing the male employee says to me is they closing now, and tells me to hurry up. This happened on two different occasion by the same asian male employee. They need to change emoloyees.

This lady who's working there always messes up my online order, but today is the worst! Missing the lettuce, spinach, olives, and tomatoes!! Why would you even complete an order when you don't have the ingredients!! This is the second time she did this, and this will be the last time I'm going there! Find another Subway!

Employees show way too much attitude. Asked to put 6 inch in a different bag and employee started getting mad saying you put it and handed me a wrapper and a bag. Been here a couple times every employee acts like this

Absolutely the Worst Subway! I went in on. Saturday afternoon. There was no customers inside. The two Asian ladies were restocking the potato chips behind the counter and didn't acknowledge me for 2 whole minutes. I'm just standing there waiting. Then I order a footlong meatball sub and I ask the lady to cut it in half because I want one half with cucumber and the other half with cheese. Nothing else. Then the older lady said I have to pay for two six inch subs if I want to do it like that. I asked why? They are both meatball and I only want 2 toppings, 1 on each side. If I didn't ask the lady to cut it in half and ask them to put the toppings on each side it would be charged as a footlong. This didn't make sense but the older lady said no. Have to pay as 2 six inch subs. I ended up just buying 1 of the six inch because the younger lady already made the sub. Every other Subway, I'm able to do it this way. Anyway, she is the boss of her business and I will not give them my business anymore.

Let's start by saying they open at 9am. I entered at 10am. First thing said to me was "no hot sandwiches" (red flag), as the staff starts to take everything out of the fridge. Okay fine. I order a non-hot sandwich. Asked me what cheese I wanted. I said fresh mozzarella. No mozzarella, so I change to provolone. When it came to adding veggies, they had no black olives, then no creamy sriracha, no lite mayo. When it came to payment, credit card machine didn't work. Honestly, why be in business? Just close shop.

Tried to pay With 2 different cards for my order employee yelled at me wouldn’t let me very bad customer service and yelled at me when I was looking to put what I wanted on my sandwich never will come back
