Avoid at all costs. Seriously. I can't say for sure on all the scales, but the scale used for my package was way off. Probably shows a weight increase of +20%. I am absolutely certain my packages weighed in at 5.6lbs, and another at 1.8 lbs. I have 2 professional bakers in the family, I ship often from home, needless to say, there are several accurate scales in the house; I'm talking accurate to the milligram kind of professional scales. So, if you're shipping with this location, you're pretty much giving extra money to USPS.I went to drop off my two packages, already prepaid. the lady scanned the first package. 8lbs, 3oz!!!. the next package 2lbs, 7oz. Obviously, she didn't accept my prepaid packages. I went home baffled and confused. Took out 4 different scales. weighed both packages on each. 5.6lbs, 1.8lbs. Wasn't gonna bother trying to argue with them. I went to a different location where my packages were weighed accurately.

Avoid this place during Saturday's. Workers do not care about their jobs and have such attitude providing customer service. Asked a worker for priority shipping tape since I'm using priority service level packaging provided by USPS. Any other USPS location will give the customer their priority tape roll to use. This location will not give you the priority tape stating the workers need the priority tape and advise you to buy an entire roll of regular tape instead. What are USPS workers using priority tape in the backrooms for? They are for customers shipping priority. Not going to buy an entire roll of regular tape just to tape the edges of a priority envelope. The workers at the windows have a huge attitude problem. If you don't like working there, don't work there. Customer service isn't for you. Been shipping things for almost 20 years now and only went to this location due to my local USPS closing early.

Horrible service do not come here. There is A whole line of people out the door and there is one poor lady working while you can hear a group of people laughing in the back while nobody is helping her.

The shortness of business hours of his location is jaw-dropping. Others open from 8 to 8, this one only from 9 to 5, even shorter on Saturdays. It's so inconvenient that actually wasted too much of my time!

Idk who works here on weekends but there is this one lady there that is super nice and polite! Makes the customer service experience that much better at a stereotypical US postal office.

Very rude. I drove 2 hours here to get the passport renew and because of the traffic I am late 15 minutes, the lady just canceled my appointment! ?

Very rude people work here, don’t even reply back to a good morning greeting. They are setting the bench mark for poor customer service.

Very evil organization. I buy postage via PayPal. If there’s underpaid postage fee PayPal will always charge me automatically. In this case I only need to pay an extra $6 for a 5lbs ground delivery. This USPS blackmailed me and asked me to pay an extra $25 upon pickup, otherwise they’ll return the package to sender. Pure greedy and evil.

This postal office is always busy no matter what time you go in. There is always a long line, sometimes line outside as well. There is always one or two staff working at the counter out of four counters. Currently there is a renovation going on at the front of the building, maybe expanding the small lobby inside. Depends on what day you go in, some of the staff are friendly or not. This location needs more staff to handle the counters and better training to help the customers better.

This post office is not so COVID friendly (aka the line usually wraps around the inside and interferes where the entrance/exit is), but lines always move fast and there's usually more than one person working at a time. The staff is very friendly and have been very helpful when I need to ship out my packages. The only downside to this post office is the location, since it's located on a busy avenue and street parking isn't always an option. Other than that, great service every time!

I have been waiting on line for 20 minutes. The post office worker went in the back and still didn’t come back. Post office employees passing by and don’t respond when customers ask what happened. Another customer just seen all the post office employees outside of the building in the back talking and laughing. Very unprofessional to ignore customers like that.

Terrible service . I was shouting if anyone was there I could come by later if you're busy and was ignored for ten minutes. After someone told me they weren't open and as I was leaving I heard them talking right across the wall. You hired some really terrible service I guess I can't blame you since it's the pandemic
