Called for service came for our electric dryer banging issues, they showed up within hours of the call. Customer service was excellent, service was professional, explained the issues and was able to fix at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend.

I called Appliance Doctor on Thursday afternoon and they were at my home by 10:30 the next morning. They called me twice; once with an estimated time of arrival, once to tell me the tech was on his way. Very reliable and speedy service.

Never again! At the most a $45 part and 15 minutes of labor for almost $300. I understand overhead and making a buck but if the company was fair with their price I would of recommended them to other people. It's all about word of mouth when it comes down to having a business
