OMG I loved them they called me before my appointment and explained what to expect. When I came to the office from the door to my way out, everyone was so nice any questions were explained. I didn't feel rushed at all. I can't wait till my work iscompleted so I can come back and give an update on my review.My work is completed. Overall, everyone was very helpful and caring to my needs. I would definitely recommend Oceanside Aspen dental to my friends and family. The best thing is, I can now eat without any problems.

I was at Aspen dental in Oceanside for 2 days due to a dental emergency . The entire team was amazing ! The office manager was the most caring , kindness women and Dr. Rosas was unbelievable, she made me feel calm and did an amazing job . Eric the dental assistant was so caring and attentive. I really can’t say enough good things about everyone I interacted with . After the procedure I was in a lot of pain. Even though it was close to closing they let me come back to do a re-exam and made me feel so calm and reassured . Would 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone. I am so grateful .

Zero stars. STAY AWAY!Arrived at 950 for a 10am appointment.Waited 1 hour.Had X rays performed.Waited again for doctor.Doctor informed me of the x ray results.Then told me nothing else can be done until I receive a specialized treatment.Proceeded to meet with another person who explained to me the special procedures and cavity treatment will cost over $4000.This place is a money grubbing scam STAY AWAY!

I’m from Florida and traveling in New York and my full upper plate broke in half!! We called several dentist and labs to no avail Thank goodness Aspen Dental in Oceanside NY said come in tomorrow morning it was Fri of Labor Day weekend Got there and taken in right Away Believe it or not they fixed it in 2 hours!!! I’m so grateful to them I will recommend them to everyone for their excellent service

I would give this place zero if I could. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! I went a month ago because it was a long wait for an appointment with my regular dentist. When I went they did not even give me a regular cleaning, or any cleaning at all. Then they said I needed my wisdom teeth removed, I had gingivitis which would need a special cleaning that would require numbing, needed Invisalign and had a cavity. Every time prior I went to the dentist they said my teeth are straight and no need for any braces or Invisalign and that my wisdom teeth did not need to be removed. Once I heard this I was pretty shocked that there was so much wrong after never having these issues before. After the DR saw me they had me sit with office manager to go over the costs. That’s when I knew they were scamming. They said my total was $3500+ for everything that I needed. I asked for a break down for everything. The oral surgeon does not take insurance so I would need to pay out of pocket for that. Then the invisilign was their own special brand and I would also need to pay out of pocket for that. They also would have me pay $150 for an oral b toothbrush when I already told them I had an electric toothbrush. At this point I did not even want to work with them anymore as they were adding in so many hidden costs. I told them I would think it over and left. Well, today I went to my regular dentist and nothing was wrong, I just needed a regular cleaning. Moral of this story is DON’T GO TO ASPEN DENTAL!!!

If you don't want to loose your money and your time do not come here they had told me that I have periodontist problem after that I went to another doctor and he told me I don't have the disease I never had it and I have a bill for $2800 for something I didn't even need and the worse part is that it was a very bad job made

You must follow the prescribed treatment or they will not service you as a patient. I spoke about this with the short, curt, terse, pretentious, and generally unkind and unwelcoming assistant office manager. Since my experience with her didn’t leave a good feeling with moving forward with the facility, I decided to cancel one aspect of my oral health that they were willing to work on. They owed me a refund of over $170 and it’s been two weeks and I haven’t received it. I called a week ago, and was told that all of their systems were down and couldn’t process a refund. I called again today, and was met with the same shirt, curt, terse, pretentious tone. This time I was told they are in the process of transferring systems and could not process a refund right now. My follow up question was when the the transition was going to be completed, and instead of answering my question, she simply repeated herself. I asked if I was speaking to the assistant Office manager, and she replied yes. I told her I can tell; she inquired how I can tell and I told her how - in my opinion. She proceeded to call me disrespectful, but would not explain how I was so. She dismissed my question, and we concluded the call with her claims to open up a ticket for my refund. I will check back in a week if it’s not received. She’s awful and singly handedly the reason why I won’t be returning to Aspen dental. My initial meeting with her left me, a person with dental anxiety, which such unease. The office manager was very nice as was the rest of the staff. I will not name this office manager, but she requires professional development to employ the friendly and welcoming environment that Aspen advertises.
