Walked in to ask about a phone upgrade. The employee responded with visible annoyance, mentioning they were about to take a break. We asked if there was another store nearby, as it was clear we would not be receiving appropriate customer service. Although they reluctantly offered to help, we chose to walk out. Due to this disappointing experience, I won’t be returning and would not recommend visiting this location.

Noel was very helpful when I came into the store. I asked for a break down of my bill, not only did he verbally tell me but her also wrote down a break down of all devices on my account which was great because I’m a visual person. He was personable and I’ll definitely revisit this store for further business.

Incredible service by the new manager. Mr.Faiaz is well known his own job.He clearly knows what he is offering you.how to put your bill lower. Highly recommend.

Colton was so helpful and attentive. He went above and beyond to help me. I have already recommended that my sister comes in to see him. He really knows his stuff. What a pleasant experience.

Worst experience. They told me I could get a free iWatch on promotion so I took them up on it. After a month I noticed I was being charged for it. Went back to the store and they told me they just needed to adjust my account. A month later I was still being charged. Turns out they gave me the wrong watch on the promotion. Although it was their fault they told me they wouldn’t take the watch back and said I needed to pay for it. The manager then refused to give me the district managers number. I had to then battle it out with corporate for 6 months to get credited. Terrible store. Do not go there.

Nathan who works Tues-Saturday from 10am till 6pm is a true asset to at&t and this store. He is courteous and knowledgeable both in the technical and financial plans for the phone you pick. He was able to answer all questions and made the purchasing experience enjoyable.

There the worst ever they refuse to help this elderly lady canceled a service ?? they keep charging her for a service hundreds of dollars a month wanted to rob her and charge her full price on a promo for I phones not nice at all. Behaved like she doesn’t exist while she was in there store trying very hard to canceled her service the refuse to help her so I helped her for over a hour trying to get the right number to canceled her service? Poor customer service on there part never do service with them they have no respect for elderly people or volunteer to help them.

The guy who helped me, Rob, was super helpful and explained everything to me clearly. If I had any questions he answered them very professionally and thoroughly. He had the customer's best interest in mind. He was great!
