Eve the representative at the store was excellent, she was able to do what I requested after being told by another store it could be done. We are going back to see her to upgrade one of our phones.

I’ve been at the oceanside ATT several times and they have always been great, but today I had a problem with my phone and needed immediate attention as my daughter was leaving for college the next day. Eve and Tyler were so helpful and saved the day and I wanted to give them the praise that they deserve. I’m so happy they were there to help me. They are a big asset to AT&T!!! I hope they get the recognition they deserve.

I contacted this AT&T for information regarding my next bill, and to upgrade my device. Tyler was a great help at this store with any issues I had with my phone.

The store closes at 8p, I arrive at 7:20p and the door is locked. The guy finally comes to the door after I knocked and he said he can’t help me because he has to vacuum and close the safe. So refuse a long time AT&T customer 40 minutes before closing? Do better.

Someone named Eve S just allowed someone to fraudulently purchase 2 Apple IPods Pros for &499.98 (plus taxes) on my account in their Oceanside NY location (I’m in MO.) which is a 3rd Party Authorized Dealer. Of course, this was done on a Sunday afternoon (today) when it’s nearly impossible to get someone from the store or Customer Service on the phone. I’ve already filed a fraud claim and will definitely be in contact with Eve and the store operator!

Really frustrated... told our new bill will be about the same after upgrading phones. Not. Just got the new bill and it is double. Deceit or incompetence? Not sure, but really.

I went to the store in Oceansideon Sunday. A young lady named Jazzie was wonderful. She worked alone and juggled all the customers like a pro. Work ethic is outstanding. AT&T is lucky to have her.

This stores customer service is terrible. My phone broke in August. I needed a new phone. The employee working claimed all my information was transferred on the new phone and it was NOT. she then added an unauthorized line and managed to do something double our bill. since August we have been back and forth with the general manager Larina who was sweet and tried to help us get the bill adjusted to what it should be. she also acknowledged all the errors made by the employee who sold me the phone and added the extra line and unauthorized charges to the bill. she said the bill would be properly adjusted by December. We just received our December bill and now it is more money than before. We also paid the proper amount of the September, October and November bill as recommended by the general manager Larina. Very disappointed.

The manager at this store, Larina is extremely patient and easy going! She informed me of every single promotion and even offered to help transfer my information and walked me through my bill thoroughly. The other two girls were also extremely knowledgeable and jumped in to add info too. This is a good store in general!
