This location is literally the worst. Every time you go in, you're waiting for 20 mins minimum. I went in today to get change for the business I work for and the teller was taking forever. They only have one and she was too busy flirting and giving the customer her number !!! So unprofessional and I REFUSE to ever go there again

I went there only a few times. My issue is a long wait. They usually have only one or two tellers helping customers at the window. I mentioned long wait to other employees, but they did not care and told me to use self-service machine.

A new and clean looking bank front, what I liked about the ATM here is that you can pick how many of each bill you want upon withdrawal.

Deposited $1600 into their drive up atm all new bills. The machine only read $800 and didn't allow me to continue with my transaction. They outsource their atm management. So basically you're out of luck completely if something like this occurs. They originally gave me an $800 credit then reversed it a couple weeks later. I'm still waiting to hear from Bank of America. Very horrible customer service. The tellers inside this branch push you to use the atm service outside instead of depositing inside. I wonder why? Very disappointed with the handling of my claim. Unacceptable.

Don't let the brand new building fool you. You would think because it's a new location they would greet you and take care of you, WRONG!!!! The conversation between employee is more important than any customer coming in. Manager giving his back to the public like don't bother today with your question and the relationship banker had had enough for the day. Lucky for those who have to grace this bank because I will not be coming back. Good luck! Let's see how long will they be there with that service.

If I could give this bank a zero I would. Their customer service is customer nightmare. The manager is rude and has no etiquette. I wonder what qualifies him to run a bank.

Beautiful brand-new location on the main drag here in Oceanside. Complete with a drive thru ATM and a small parking lot.
