“I had the pleasure of shopping at this location yesterday. And had the most amazing experience. The level of customer service and attention was awesome. I must say for a young manager Jillian who was the closing manager along with her associate also named Jillian made me super comfortable and very welcomed. The store was clean and very organized she did not rush me or any other customers that came in pretty close to closing. They knew their product and suggested different items that complimented me. I also had the pleasure of speaking with their boss who exhibited the exact same mannerisms. So, I can easily tell where they got their training from. So just want to shout out Sands store number 2206 for top notch service and customer service and leadership! Keep up the good work.”

“This specific location is not only the best Express location I have been in but overall, the best clothing store I have been in YEARS. I don’t know about you but every clothing store I have been into lately is so disorganized that it is hard to argue against the ease of just shopping online. This Express was spotless and SO organized. The employees were all warm and welcoming and friendly but especially the manager Sabrina. I was in that store for over an hour trying on clothes (I am indecisive lol) but during that time I got to witness Sabrina providing exceptional customer service and being a great teacher and leader towards her employees. She doesn’t know me but I made a point to remember her name so that I could give credit where credit is due. I admire when I see great workers like Sabrina, as someone who has also worked in the retail industry myself. It just takes a simple shopping experience and makes it something pleasant and special which is so nice these days! I never leave reviews but I just had to today. If Sabrinas boss sees this review, promote that woman!!! Sabrina, if you see this, thanks for being so kind and helpful and I hope I run into you again at my next trip to Express!”

The store always looks neat and organized, and I even have the managers number who texts me about new things that come in. Not all of the clothing is age appropriate for me, but the prices are great. And you can't find better denim either”

But she always greets me, and tries to help anyway she can.”
