This is the Hotel California of CVSs. You can get it, it’s full of neat well stocked items. Everything in stock… but you can never leave. It took a FULL 10 minutes to get out of the parking lot due to their never changing light. (Not an exaggeration, real minutes)

Very nice front end staff but the pharmacists are not checking their techs as sharply as they should some copays are crazy high and shouldn’t be need to do a little more independent thinking!!! Quite disappointed good luck trying to call and speak to a pharmacist the automated phone system is infuriating!!! No customer service find a nice independent pharmacy where you matter and can speak to a live person!!!!! All the automation and not having a phone picked up is bullshit plus too many out of stock issues unacceptable

Incredibly rude pharmacy cashier today. Skipped past the screens, refused to allow me to enter my CVS ExtraCare Number, and robbed me of $5 in ExtraCare Bucks.

Honestly I’m not even sure what goes on in pharmacies anymore. There is a complete lack of people’s time. You go to pick up a prescription that you are told is ready only to get there and find 8 people in front of you getting theirs as well. They have 4 people behind the counter I’m not saying they are not working but it appears as though they are not. If the person being helped needs to wait how about asking them to move to the side and have another employee help the next patient. Waiting 45 mins at a pharmacy esp when you feel sick is a complete disregard for other people. CUSTOMERS !! Do better CVS. Hire more people. You already have us all scanning our item at check out.

I went into the CVS in Oceanside New York. I was not feeling well and picked up two medication‘s that were over-the-counter. I waited on line for five minutes at the pharmacy and was told I was not allowed to check out there because they were not prescriptions.
I had to go to the front of the store where there was another five minute wait. All along, I had a fever and was feeling like I was going to pass out.
The only reason why I even gave two stars, and not one is because the gentleman in the front was very very nice to me and understood my concerns

Beware, Don't buy the Vanilla Visa Cards here! Some of them are scam cards! And the employees said nothing they can do about it but they have cameras so they should sell it behind the register to get tracking.

I’ve been going to the store now for a few years on Oceanside Rd. on Long Beach Rd.. The store is great. Steve, the manager is very nice and very helpful and that’s the way he trains his staff. He hires excellent people and every single representative at this CVS there is very nice. I know several of the employees and whenever I go in there they always ask me if the can help me find something. Very impressive. I’ve recommended family members and friends to this location on Long Beach Rd. in Oceanside.
