The employees are rude. They aren’t helpful and the manager is in the office on the phone. Don’t know who hired these people. No customer service no nothing. Awful experience . Save your time and don’t even come here. Go elsewhere.

I enjoy shopping here—the selection is great. However, the management really needs improvement. I've never seen more than one register open at this location, and the lines are always extremely long. Having worked in retail myself, I understand how things should operate, it's frustrating to see multiple employees on the floor or in the office while only one cashier handles a growing line. In situations like that, staff and management should step in and open additional registers to improve the customer experience.

With inflation going on. These could be nice stores to go to for a few items you consistently used. But for some reason, most of the staff are not helpful and wouldn't answer your inquiries. Today, I just bought 3 items, and I asked the cashier what the 50 cents misc was, and she turned around and talked to the other lady. I heard she said it's just 50 cents. I didn't answer her back nor say anything cause I know I am not on her level. I won't waste my saliva talking to people who won't understand every penny's worth or value. I am sharing this with anyone reading this that people working there really can't do a nice job. You can just but there and never waste time asking. They will say whatever is there is there. That's it.

This store's phone is off the hook during working hours. Corporate officials can't contact the managers to resolve any issues relating to orders. A worker informed me that the phone is off the hook when I actually had to go to the store to check on my order. It was never delivered after 21 days of waiting. I reordered and had to pay for the order to be expedited with a deliver date of 5/7/25. I just checked the status and to my surprise the order was cancelled by who; I'm on hold with corporate to find out. Unbelievable. And by the way, I have not received a credit for the order that wasn't delivered. I received a email thanking me for picking up the order. This is insane! I'm still holding!

Girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and had an attitude. She was miserable. They also have their own workers rating this place higher in stars to make the overall stars go up 😂 lame

Everything's $1.25, from household items, cleaners, glassware, storage and frames, not to mention seasonal items and the cheapest, largest wrapping paper you can find!
