John was very helpful and super proactive about communicating with the insurance companies and making sure I got what I was owed. If I ever get into another accident (knock on wood), I will absolutely bring it back to these guys. Can't recommend them enough.

Had two flat tires on the Cross Island Parkway. They towed it, checked out the car and repaired it swiftly. Straightforward, honest, responsive and fair. Exactly want you need! I don’t live near them, but if I did, I would certainly be a repeat customer when needed.

I got into an accident with my 2019 Mercedes Benz S550 when I reached out to Elite Collisions. John at Elite walked me through the entire process even went to the extent of getting me rental that same day. He made the whole experience easy to deal with and reassured me that I had nothing to worry about. I came originally wanting to get rid of it however the work done on my car brought it back to showroom conditions. I will definitely be keeping my car thanks to the service of Elite. Also, I would like to thank Mike and the entire team at Elite Collisions for all their hard work.

Tow Truck didnt come, kept saying they were 20 minutes, 30 mins, a block away, and they never came.

Overall, a great experience, the process was made seamless and easy. There was full transparency and open communication the entire time. The car came out looking better than before, great experience, great customer service, definitely recommend for any issues you may have.

Helped me with getting my claim filed after a wreck that required repair AND did an awesome job with the hood, bumper, and grille job/replacements. Absolutely would recommend these guys and would have them work on my vehicle again if need be in the future!

My car was towed here after an accident. The guys in the office were very helpful and honest and explained everything from the extent of the damage, what needed to be done and all the necessary steps moving forward. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I have to say Elite Collision did a great job on my Range Rover. They were true to their word throughout the whole process. The car looks amazing. They cleaned inside and out, and dropped it off at my front door. I would highly recommend Elite Collision.

Elite Collisions Auto Body is one of the best body shops I have experienced. They did an excellent job with my mother’s SUV. The staff was very friendly and helpful. She gives them a 5 Star ⭐️ rating. From beginning to the end they were amazing. From receiving her car to helping her with the rental upon completion of the body work to her car, she said it was perfect service. Her car was given back to her in show room condition. This is the only collision shop the family will use from here on out.
