Solid service here. I came in to drop off a return package and to copy some paperwork, and I had no idea how to use the copier. The clerk offered to make the copies for me.

Horrible customer service from management on down. Gave incorrect information on what would be needed to pick up a package and then on my 2nd trip didn't even check my identification and laughed at my wasted time....I'll be calling corporate don't waste your hard earned money and time at this location.

At the end of a long and tiring day, I was feeling quite nervous about shipping my numerous items, including a large and delicate order of many small porcelain figurines and multiple large art pieces. However, Sabrina's calm and professional demeanor immediately put me at ease. She patiently handled our requests and was not daunted by the many intricate items my brother and I brought in. Sabrina went above and beyond in her assistance, waiting until we had called each client to agree on their shipping fee and ensuring that our packages were stored properly with the correct name and address. This made updating our invoices a breeze and relieved a lot of stress on my end. We are truly grateful for Sabrina's exceptional service and professionalism, and we will definitely be returning to the Oceanside office for our future shipping needs. Thank you so much, Sabrina!

An IKEA delivery pickup was scheduled for 12/26/22. Went to pick it up and the store was closed for the holiday. No worries maybe it was Ikeas error. Received email stating I had 48 hours to get it or it would be returned. Called FedEx at 9:05 am on 12/27 to notify them I’d be there 12/27/22 to pick up order and ask them not to return it. Phone rang and rang no one picked up. Called again at 9:18 still no one answered the phone.This is my first experience with this FedEx not happy at all.

Went to return a phone. Used a white box (not a shipping box grant you) but the guy says he can't take it because it will get crushed. It's a strong box mind you and I have great padding inside.So they forced me to purchase a bag incredibly thin (the ones that are free at the old deposit boxes) for $3.79. So with that thin bag it's not gonna get crushed? Lies and unethical. Not good.If I would have just dropped in a drop-off bin it would have been fine.Very unhappy.

June 28th i walked in there 2 minutes before closing. I want to thank the woman working there who helped me. I wish i knew her name. She was so patient with me. She saved me alot of trouble by helping with an overnight package. And she did it on her own time while closing up shop. A+ for customer service.

I want to shout out Simpson, Tracie, Subrina, and Erl! Every time I go to this location all of these employees are always absolutely gracious to me friendly helpful just wonderful human beings! I have dealt with other carriers and I have to say FEDEX is my go to and will always be my go to and having people represent your company like these individuals is what makes your company great! Thank you for all that you all do!

Awesome and excellent. Went to get business cards made. Great customer service. Employee took the time to help improve design and appearance. He was very patient and informed on the process. With his help I left with great new business cards. Thank you !

Employee barked questions at me while I was carrying a very heavy box into the store. Bad attitude - seemed bothered by me actually using their service. Put my item into a box that ripped and tried to send me on my way without replacing the box. I had to ask her to go get a new box. She then seemed annoyed that I wanted to wait to see my item repacked. Lady, don’t work in customer service if it’s not your thing. Like others said, I suggest going elsewhere.
