Cashier was nice but also pretty dumb like the total was $99.37, I gave her $100.37 but then she said,” oh, I don’t need the 0.37 cents” and the proceeds to give me 0.63 cents. Like is this girl dumb I wanted a dollar not coins. Like literally need to hire smarter people for the checkout.

Always find something to buy. They just need someone to monitor the fitting rooms. Especially on a busy weekend. Today if I didn't lock my door a lady would've walked right in the room i was in, the nerve of some folks if you see a door closed don't try to open it 😑 😒

Did not feel welcome 😕 No hello how can I help you. Lady with a scarf on her head was rude with attitude. Did not feel like a GAP factory.... more like a factory need to train staff to be pleasant. Gap is always been known for customers service this one missed the mark. Manager was rude.

I haven't purchased anything from the Gap in YEARS... Yet I was thrilled with the service I received from both the sales associate AND the cashier! Will definitely go back and patronize again--(And for the record... I am a woman of color❤️??)

As a person of color the atmosphere was awkward for some reason; but perhaps some of the other customers need some exposure. I picked up an online order, that went smooth and the staff was polite and helpful. The highlight of my experience, was the cashier! We discovered that we share the same birthday. I do plan to visit again because I love the brand and am a former employee (many moons ago).
