We got lucky although we were referred by Ruth Chalco by a common friend. She was excited for us And couldn’t wait to find our first home. We saw many houses, but the ones we saw, didn’t feel like home. She found a house which I was reluctant to see, but when we attended the open house, we knew it was the one ! We love our home and can’t thank Ruth enough for helping us through the whole process.

I met Ruthy when I sold my first home and the experience was so amazing that when I went to purchase my second home there was no one I wanted to work with but her.
Ruthy is professional, friendly and has an amazing heart. A lot of realtors are pushy and are only out for their commission but Ruthy works so hard and is supportive because she cares and wants what’s best for you.
I am never leaving my second home but whenever I hear someone needs a realtors I always send them to Ruthy Chalco because I know she won’t let them down.

I chose Ruth Chalco to sell my house in Babylon, and the experience working with her was unparalleled! With a careful eye for detail, Ruth went through my house before listing it, and found ways to make the house more presentable to possible buyers. Unlike some other agents I worked with, she really took the time to look at the house from a buyer's perspective and helped us present in the best possible light.
We also noticed some minor maintenance items to fix, and she even helped connect me with professionals who could quickly get the work done for a fair price. In the end, our home sold one day after it was listed! Highly recommended.
