An owner like this is why you shop local ! I had an issue … actually two issues with an appliance and the owner Jeff was very understanding & accommodating and did the right thing to fix the issue!! Will be returning for all my appliance needs !!! Great experience !

Home Appliance consistently exceeds expectations with competitive prices, knowledgeable staff, and dependable delivery. My purchases include a dishwasher, microwave, oven, washer, dryer, and TVs have all been smooth and hassle-free. The delivery team is always punctual, professional, and clean, leaving no mess behind. Awful. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a sales rep. Bought a 5000 fridge/freezer from them. It was delivered ( for a $500 fee) with a totally broken ice machine. Called them constantly for 2 weeks and they kept pushing me off to the service company. They’re exactly what they sound like. Dirty salesmen. Who don’t give a crap once they get your money.

i recently had a big problem with a frigidaire pro. the compressor broke after 5 months. Jeff and DON STEPPED IN AND HAD THE REFRIGERATOR REPLACED WITHIN ONE WEEK.The new refrigerator broke after 5 days, and they stepped in once again to expedite repairs.These guys were wonderful and stand by their customers.I would only buy appliances from them.

I have been buying all of my appliances from Home Appliance for many years now, but I am writing a review after all this time because I would like to publicly thank them for their outstanding service. My refrigerator, which was under warranty, crapped out due to a power surge. The repair company gave me the runaround for close to three months, due to the work order falling through all the cracks. When I called Home Appliance to purchase another refrigerator, They took the fight right out of my hands and said that they would advocate for me until my problem was resolved. That’s exactly what they did. Even though the refrigerator was over five years old, they were relentless in making sure I was happy with the outcome, and pay nothing. A major shout out to Mike Teich for being my hero! He went above and beyond on my behalf. I am a customer for life.

Highly recommend this store. Pricing is very good, staff is excellent. Have worked with Steve, Mike & Don. Walked into store on Sunday had serial # of existing appliance showed it to Mike recommended something &
showed it to me, was on sale. Set up delivery for Monday. Said he would have driver call me 30 minutes before arrival, which he did. 3 man crew was great, removed old appliance, set up new one. Very neat & polite.

Visited for the first time on a recommendation from a trusted source. We purchased an Electrolux stackable electric washer and dryer set and a Frigidaire refrigerator freezer. From our initial call speaking with Michelle, to working with Steven, Michael and Don - everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Made our shopping experience much easier and much less stressful. We feel confident our purchases are the correct ones for us and I like that the Extended Warranty that was offered has a clause that if you never need to use it, when the terms are done, you get half the payment price back. Highly recommend this store if you are looking for appliances for your home.

Hard to believe I've been shopping from this store for over 20 years. The reason I keep coming back....they treat you right. The price is always fair. Could someone lowball a cheaper price? Maybe. But I feel confident they will do what they say every time. The last two days, I have been waiting for a warranty repair from Frigidaire. They assign it to less-than-honest companies who simply don't show up. I called Home Appliance to tell them what happened, and they put me in contact with a trusted repair company that can do it under warranty. When I needed a particular size refrigerator for a family member's home, they knew exactly the one model that would fit and had it delivered the next day. They deliver "peace of mind" which you simply can't get anywhere these days. If you run into an issue, they try to make things right.

Purchased a gas dryer.. very pleased.. quick delivery and experienced and nice worker installed the dryer.. left no mess.. hauled out my old dryer.. overall very good service
