My mom who is 70 went to return a package a at the Oceanside store and was told to leave because she didn’t have the barcode to return it. Meanwhile there was only 1 customer behind her even said you cant help her do it it’s so quick? And the person responded with an attitude that she can not and that’s not her job. What ever happened to help your elders. And if there was a line say you can help after the line dies down but there wasn’t a line. never going back to that store again meanwhile all the other stores i go to return things the workers are very helpful even when something is not right with the barcode for the return. Terrible customer service. If you don’t like your job go work somewhere else.

Buyer beware! Kohls is working with a third-party company called the retail equation. They are limiting people’s returns and not adhering to their own return policy. When you call them to get information, they tell you to call the third-party company. When you call them, they do not provide any information about their policy or whether or not you are able to return things. When you call Kohl’s directly, they are also unable to answer those questions and the two companies just push you back-and-forth. I strongly recommend not shopping there and boycotting any stores that take part in this scam.

Who's working . People like to interact with people when asking questions at the register. I guess 🧐 society took that prompt out. Machine vs man. Machine is winning.

Oceanside kohls store is very well kept organized and staff are pleasant and friendly. For all the reasons I will continue to shop there.
Oh,btw,kohls merchandise are of great quality. Hey,you get a bang for your buck and them some( big discounts are continous).

The store vert tidy, had a great selection. The cashier was extremely polite. The line was long but we did not wait on line for ten minutes we weee in and out.

They should not let people purchase items at the returns counter. They had one associate for 15 people waiting. Made it worse when they let people purchase items as well!

The pants were not on the proper hangers,
Size of pants not matching the size on hangers. Made it very hard to find what I was looking for. This was all over the store in the womans depts.
