Fast, clean, convenient, and very friendly staff.Rose handled my bloodwork and I could not be happier. She is super friendly and outgoing. Heck I forgot she was even taking my blood because of the wonderful conversation we had.Most labs make you dread your next visit there but not this one. The world needs more people like Rose.

This is the first time I have taken my children to this location. Rose was phenomenal. She was extremely kind and patient. She wanted to ensure that she obtained a good sample from my son by repositioning him to get a better flow which worked fabulously. My daughter is very fearful when she gets her blood drawn and she sometimes passes out! Rose handled it perfectly! She placed her in a recliner, put on some music of my daughter's choosing and spoke to her through the entire process. My daughter remained calm during the entire experience. Such a blessing to know there are such wonderful people in the world. We need ALL medical providers to have this much heart. Thank you so much, Rose!

Rose was my lab technician and she was beyond lovely. I have a fear of getting my blood drawn and have fainted, felt queasy, nauseous and generally unsettled in the past, especially over the last few years. I warned Rose and she was so kind and empathetic, steering me towards the comfortable reclining chair, putting on meditative music and making me feel very safe and taken care of. Rose is a one-woman operation at this location and she clearly has a lot on her plate, since there’s literally no one else to help her with (what I can only assume) an almost impossible amount of tasks to accomplish. She made me feel like I was the most important priority and for that, I’m so, so grateful. I rarely write reviews, but even before we were done, I knew that I wanted to write one because she is truly a gem of a human and an incredible lab technician. Please value her.

I had my first appointment at the Oceanside/Walgreens location last week. From the moment I walked through the door, I knew that I was in lovingI, capable hands. Rosa (the phlebotomist) made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Rosa made the process of getting your blood drawn actually pleasant! Oh--only if there were more people like Rosa in healthcare...she could do a masterclass on how to take care of patients.

Love this location much more than the other ones, it is clean and the staff is very friendly. Rose is an excellent tech who makes you feel comfortable and in good hands. Normally I have to get stuck multiple times when I get blood taken but Rose was able to get it the first try, will definitely use this location for other tests.

Rose (Rosa), the phlebotomist, was very sweet, knowledgeable, and efficient, even when Valencia, arrogantly and rudely interruped and started yelling at her while Rose was drawing blood. Rose kept her cool despite the verbal attacks and provided solutions in a kind and professional manner. It is a shame and an embarrassment that someone like Valencia is representing the organization. She refused to apologize to Rose, nor did she to the patient. I come to this Lapcorp often, and I have never seen such disparaging and unprofessional behavior. I hope this is quickly rectified. Thank you Rose for saving the day.

ROSA was amazing! Our 13 year old son required lab tests that amounted to approximately 10 tubes. Rosa was kind and patient. She explained every step what would be happening, and her expertise in getting the blood drawn was excellent.

Great spot. Thorough, on time, and clean. But most of all, Glennys was amazing with my one year old. She kept her calm, sang to her, got her vein once and got it all done quick and smoothly. I am so grateful for her!!
