Dean was my salesman at the Oceanside store. He was very professional, informative, and helpful with my needs and questions. I would hardly recommend him to anyone. I must confess I was extremely happy with my experience at the store.

My cousin bought a mattress, she tried to return it right away since it was not comfortable, but they ignored her request to pick it up. I went several times to accompany her and they never showed their faces. They always changed representatives and no one took charge. In the end, they charged her. 240 penalty was supposed to be only 140 but Mr. Dean treated my cousin with a lot of anger and that looked so bad that I would never buy a mattress there and I don't recommend it to anyone????

I had a unexpected great experience. My sales lady was Lynn. She was awesome. I told her exactly what I looking for and showed me my options without trying to upcharge me. She was knowledgeable and helped me narrow down my decision based on practically. If you're looking for a mattress ask for Lynn!

It was a quick, informative and pleasant experience. Howie in Oceanside was my salesperson. I took the online quiz about what type of bed is best for you. I showed him my results. Howie showed me my options. He explained many things about the different beds. I was happy he understood exactly what I was looking for. Very easy and not stressful experience. I had picked out a new bed in less than 30 minutes. The bed is being delivered Monday.

Dean was amazing! He was so knowledgeable, professional and helpful!! My son needed a new twin size mattress and we ended up getting a full size with bed frame and termpur pedicure pillow. Great prices and great customer service!! I will be going back to get myself a new mattress. Thank you Dean!

After many years of contemplating the purchase of a mattress, we chose Memorial Day Weekend to go to Mattress Firm in Oceanside, NY. We were promptly greeted with an enthusiastic Hello from Howie. Through his smart questions we narrowed down our requirements for a new mattress. Howie was welcoming and so informative while he guided us through the various choices and why we might or might not choose a particular mattress based on our conversation. We made a final decision and await our new mattress with a delivery date of tomorrow! Howie was helpful with financing and was a pleasure in wrapping up the details of our purchase.
