Michael's associate was so helpful when an order I placed online for store pickup wasn't ready. Super helpful and cheerful. FYI, Michael's is doing away with in-store price checkers but will be updated mobile app to scan for prices.

Customer service is not their strong suit. Was an ordeal to get balloons that I bought there reinfected. Bring party city back please.
