Karla the groomer was outstanding. She was patient with my dog who can be aggressive toward strangers. She took the time to let my dog warm up to her and was understanding about my dog’s difficult personality. She communicated with me about timing to minimize time spent in the cage. The grooming was quick and Karla listened to what I wanted. The pricing was also much better than other places I’ve been to.

I go to my local Pet Supplies for Benito’s grooming, always with Tania, since he was a little puppy 2 years ago. He is the most precious part of the family and for us, it’s important to feel that he’s safe and in good hands. Tania always knows what’s best for him according to the season/weather. I wouldn’t trust Benito with nobody else, you really need to care and respect animals to do this job and I can sense that from her. This is an excelent Pet Supplies location overall with good offers, coupons and variety.

Brought my golden retriever to get groomed there as l've done so many times. Used to go to Dylan and Melissa who were great. Also used Tania the past few times with no complaints. I showed up and asked for what I normally ask for, bath brush and deshed package. Except, when I picked up my dog he was completely cut short as if he was a yellow lab. I asked Tania about it and she told me that was the deshed, as she was talking on the phone with someone else. Since I already had to pay ahead of time and was in a bit of surprise I walked out. On my ride home I noticed he was cut completely uneven so I called to speak to the manager and offered to come back with him. Karen was nice and said she would call me back after speaking with the groomer. I never heard back so called 2 hours later, I spoke with Phil. I asked to refund the 133 dollar cut because I was so disappointed in how my dog looks and will have have to get him fixed to grow back right. Phil was extremely rude on the phone not at all apologetic. Wouldn't even consider a refund and said there's nothing he can do but give me a 25% off my next cut. I attached pictures of my dog before and after for reference. I won't be going back.
