I am particularly thankful for one gentlemen by the name of Courtney Duquesnay. I asked him his full name in order to submit this review. When I asked him about the corporate office email address, he stated, “it’s truly no biggie, you don’t have to do that”. This made me feel even more grateful. He wanted no thanks or praise for doing a wonderful job, how humble is he.I walked in needing some work laminated on Friday, January 5, 2024 and he cut everything to perfection and got the work done beautifully as well. I had a few work that needed to be done on Friday night and with a smile and no hesitation, he got it completed neatly and beautifully. I was so humbly grateful to meet an associate with so much kindness and exceptional customer service skills.I have tried writing to your General manager Dominik and other corporate offices to write of my great experience and I am posting it as a review as well here because a kind employee should never go un-noticed.”

“To me, this is the creme de la creme of shipping centers! I went in yesterday around 6pm to ship out a return item and the friendly gentleman behind the counter helped me every step of the way. I had to print out my shipping label and Fedex makes it very easy and affordable to do on-demand printing. You email your document to [email protected] and after you receive a retrieval code back, simply follow the instructions on the printer kiosk. After printing the label, I began browsing their various boxes for purchase (as my original box was torn up a bit), but the employee let me know that he could easily tape it up and salvage it for me! Not only did he save me some coin, he also made the process super seamless and convenient. He turned what I thought was going to be a slightly stress errand into a 1-2-3 process.
