I had a really great experience shopping at this store overall. However, I was a bit unsettled when one of the employees, a short woman with blonde hair, came outside and appeared to take a picture of me while I was in my car. It made me feel uncomfortable, and I’m not sure if this has happened to anyone else.

Never thought I’d write a Sephora review but this was hands down one of my best Sephora experiences due to the cool and kind girls who helped me with everything I needed. A quick trip to the makeup store and leaving with a smile. Good energy girls ❤️

The females at this location are sooooo rude and nasty. It’s a shame. They don’t help you. They’re very judgy. I used to work for Sephora and I’ve never experienced anything like I did going into this store. Any location is better than this one. The leads there all need attitude adjustments !

This location of sephora is one of the best the beauty advisors are welcoming. I was greeted as soon I entered the store. Got my foundations here and Antonio helped me with foundation match.

Only leaving this review because the manager Gia is absolutely amazing! She managed to help my family of three girls while multi tasking and helping other customers, she was super patient and kind and really knowledgeable recommending the best products for us all!! Not to mention she is absolutely stunning looks like a super model I’ll take her advice any day.

The phones never work so I just went to the location and they apparently dont accept returns that were purchased online?? I tried calling multiple times and each time the robot operator said they couldnt connect. I tried other options and still was not able to get through. Huge waste of time

The staff here are all great! Gia gave me the best customer service experience. At the store they were having some technical difficulties but Gia still manage to keep it calm with a big smile and made sure I left satisfied! Thank you for your patience with all the help I needed!

if you don't want to go to Roosevelt field mall this is the only one in the Area prices are extremely high for cosmetics and perfumes
