“Mr. Craig is excellent! He helped carry my packages in from the car, boxed and taped everything up with care. My mom(who’s known him for at least 10 years) has also sent me several packages using Mr. Craig and everything always came how it left the store. He is very honest and does not cheat the customer. When I am back home I will never use the Post Office or UPS again to ship. I will say he does not have a barcode scanner, you have to come with a label or a label on the package.”

“I didn’t have a car so I hired door dash to drop off my prepaid packages to this location, received a call to be informed my packages can not be accepted because I did put over the boxes reusable shopping bags and taped them to keep the measurements clear, thinking I’m helping myself avoid any incidents in the future. Anyways came to my attention FedEx do not recommend it claiming it may cause problems the package getting stuck (Been shipping since 2005 never had an issue) But fine FedEx (this nothing to do with the store) The lady who called me said that and I said what am I going to do, Stress level sky rocketed cause I don’t have a car and I have breathing issues I’m not supposed to walk in the cold or humid weather. I explained to the lady and this wonderful woman went above and beyond to make the experience less stressful for me. I wish I knew her name, I will definately pass by their store one day. Things went smooth and I was trying my best to be nice to her and the other employees keeping in mind they are there to help and nothing their fault.
For me personally I do really appreciate this amazing team for being such great people, Very kind and willing to explain things and listen to me, I may not be able to repay them enough, BUT I hope my review would let people go to them and be nice and patient with them too.

“To me, this is the creme de la creme of shipping centers! I went in yesterday around 6pm to ship out a return item and the friendly gentleman behind the counter helped me every step of the way. I had to print out my shipping label and Fedex makes it very easy and affordable to do on-demand printing. You email your document to [email protected] and after you receive a retrieval code back, simply follow the instructions on the printer kiosk. After printing the label, I began browsing their various boxes for purchase (as my original box was torn up a bit), but the employee let me know that he could easily tape it up and salvage it for me! Not only did he save me some coin, he also made the process super seamless and convenient. He turned what I thought was going to be a slightly stress errand into a 1-2-3 process.
