Have been coming here for YEARS at least 20 plus! Doesn’t matter what time of day you come the line is literally ridiculously long and barely moves, but that is the least of my worries it’s the fact that you spend your hard earned money here and GOD forbid this company gets some decent carts that actually fricking wheels for your customers to use! HUGE chain store and this is how you show your appreciation to your customers. Literally pulled out every single damn cart today so my 1 Year old is not bouncing all over and couldn’t fine ONE that actually worked or was quiet and of course someone from behind the counter was looking at me and putting the carts back with an attitude like I did something wrong. let me see you push your 1 year old in a crappy bouncy super loud cart lady! Now onto the bathroom looked and SMELLED like it has not been cleaned in MONTHS no soap and the hand dryer broken what are we actually doing here!!?? DO BETTER TJMAX OF OCEANSIDE!! We will NOT be shopping here anymore. Give back and appreciate your customers who keep you in business it’s not that hard to keep a bathroom cleaned and invest in better new shopping carts smh! Also forgot to mention how the prices are starting to get ridiculous! 6.00 for a tiny a&^ back of square chocolate maybe 6 to 8 pieces in it if that GET REAL!

I come here all the time and I have never had a problem except today. I had to use the restroom before I began shopping and unfortunately walked into a stall that had quite literally diarrhea everywhere but inside the toilet.
I ran out like pissed and horrified and I saw an employee and tried to tell him but he said ok and walked off and ignored me.
Sir I’m bout to sue this store for traumatizing me don’t ignore me!!!!! I get it they can’t control what people do but at least LISTEN to what I have to say?
So rude!!!! I was so upset I couldn’t even shop. I left and now I’m going to a different TJ max store bc I’m a CC holder. So annoying!
Also what if that person didn’t wash their hands? If they couldn’t see where the toilet hole was I doubt they care about the sink!!!! YUCK

TJMAXX at the Oceanside location is good. It was a great place to shop for items for my content creation. The line moved quickly when it was time to checkout. Great selection of clearance items. Prices are reasonable. Plenty of parking is available. Overall, it was a great experience.

Waited in jeweler section for 20 mins asked sales rep for help 10 mins later asked security For help he called someone over ….. I was very patient not only did she take someone before me, but I end up still waiting I find this very unfair I’m African American women and caucasian women get helped before me and check out before be after I was waiting over 20 mins I guess I’m not privileged or my money isn’t good enough I will never return this location
