WORST PHARMACY !!! Rude Pharmacy tech!! All lazy and disrespectful. Find ways to not want to give you your prescription. Then love to ask why choose their location and many other dumb questions instead of giving you your medication. Disgusting Walgreens pharmacy.

I don't recommend this pharmacy, unless you have A Lot of extra time on your hand to straighten out their mistakes. I do not and they will never get a penny from me again. They charged me but did not send some of the items on my I called the main customer service that said I had to call them back later for a refund or go into the store to get the item. Their mistake is my problem to fix. She recommend I call the store manager. I called the store and was left on hold and transferred multiple time. When I finally reached the store manager she said she had to get something so she could look up the order number, passed the call to an employee and didn't come back to the phone call. 42 minutes on The phone. Called the main customer service number back and got a refund But after that guy also made an error on the amount of the refund. I also recently went to the drive up window and when the guy finally came over he told me he could not get my home Covid test for me - after the back and forth and he avoided doing his jobs and wasted my time He said oh I can get this for you now. Bad management in that store. 2 stars because some of the young people that work the register are really much better than average.

Absolute garbage. I walked in and photo center was not working. Employee just said blandly it does not work. This is 100% unacceptable. Do not come here. Customer service is garbage. Nothing works. Go elsewhere if you want service. Do not come here for any reason. You've been warned.

I had a problem at the pharmacy the guy made me feel so uncomfortable I had to get a booster shot today as soon as I came in he gave me and attitude I asked him can I get a new vaccine card and he told me he can only put my second dose and booster on there I did not understand that bc I literally had no problem getting a new card in f****** North Carolina I felt very uncomfortable and was under emotional stress at 7:40 today absolutely disgusting people I will never come back I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning I feel like I was racially profiled and he would not let me speak to the manager

I never imagined feeling the need to write a review about a pharmacy, but the service I received this morning needs to be shared. Yesterday I scheduled a PCR covid test and the soonest available day/time was at this Walgreens. I scheduled a drive through test for today at 9:30 AM. When I show up at 9:30 AM, the lights are off inside the pharmacy and the shade was lowered. I waited about 10 minutes then had a feeling something was wrong so I checked the hours online and it said the pharmacy didn't open until 10:00 AM on Sundays. I thought it was unusual that the online system allowed me to schedule a 9:30 appointment but it wasn't a big deal and I decided to wait. I sat at the window in my car for 30 minutes until they opened at 10:00. After they opened, someone came to the window and asked how they could help me, I explained that I had a 9:30 appointment but didn't realize they weren't open until 10:00. He said, yes we don't open until 10 and asked me to hold on a few seconds. He then comes back to the window and informs me that since my appointment was at 9:30 and it is now after 10:00, he can't help me because he has other customers to tend to and if I wanted to be seen, I had to come back at 2:00. I was a little surprised by his response. I explained to him that I understand that it isn't his fault that the computer let me schedule an appointment for 9:30 when they open at 10:00 but it isn't my fault either and it isn't right that I was being sent away after scheduling an appointment, showing up at my scheduled time, and waiting 30 minutes to be seen. He insisted that he couldn't help me and I needed to come back at 2:00 if I wanted to be helped. After driving away, I called to speak to the pharmacy manager to voice my concerns about the fact that if the pharmacy opens at 10:00 on Sundays, that means the online system is allowing patients to schedule 9:30 and 9:45 drive through covid tests every week and I wanted to make sure they were aware of that. I also wanted to make sure that if I came back at 2:00 without technically having a scheduled appointment, that I wouldn't be turned away like I had earlier in the morning. After being on hold for over 20 minutes, I gave up. It wasn't worth my time. Ultimately, I found somewhere else to get my test. I've worked in retail for 10 years. I don't agree with the statement "the customer is always right" but there is absolutely a wrong way to treat a customer and that was the treatment I received this morning. The Walgreens pharmacy of Oceanside clearly does not care about how they treat their customers nor do they answer their phones. And if they do care, the behavior of their employees does not reflect those values and better training needs to be implemented. Such a shame, I will not be returning.

Do not go to this pharmacy. The pharmacist Zinnia is rude, brisk and uncaring. She prefers to stay behind the wall bagging pill bottles than helping patients. She did not honor my scheduled appointment and nothing to help resolve my issue. I saw her treat others in the sane way. She is disgrace and does not reflect the ethics of a true pharmacist. Disgusted.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They don't fill prescriptions, cancel your order if the medicine is expensive without consulting the patient. I have been trying to get a script for over a month from them and all they have is excuses. Told me to call the manufacturer because they don't make the medicine anymore. Called the manufacturer and they laughed and told me to go to a different pharmacy. Unfortunately my insurance make me use Walgreens or mail order for my medicine. This is a diabetes medicine and would prefer to get it from Walgreens so I can use the manufacturers coupons. I will have to try a different one. Worst pharmacy and pharmacist ever. Could give two shits about anything .

No stars for this one. I received a packet of their coupons in the mail including one that said I would receive 10xeveryday points everytime I shopped in Walgreens during my birthday month (this month-August). So, when I cked out at 1st visit ckout person was taking it away, said I could only use one time! I pointed to the very CLEARLY printed coupon that said EVERY TIME I shopped during my birthday month I get those points.The manager was called over & big curfuffle ensued-manager says only good once & took it. Next time (a few days later) I was in the store, TOLD ckout person about coupon, said it's still August so he said YOU NEED THE COUPON!!! I pointed to the nearby manager & said she took it away. I ended up having to call Customer Service every time I've left the store to straighten out their mistakes. CS has been helpful. Very maddening!!

Heinous pharmacy. Gates were already half down ten minutes before closing. Worker rudely ignored us for minutes and then proclaimed the computer system deemed it was "too late" to process our new insurance card before rolling the gate the rest of the way down in our faces. Not even exaggerating. And yes, we had no choice to arrive at that time under those circumstances. Life gets in the way but a paid employee sure can choose how they conduct business.
