This Walgreens is my goto spot when I need to get some basic necessities. Sometimes the staff there can seem very serious and sometimes rude. But I never had any personal issues with them. Sometimes the items I look for are out of stock and will remain like that for days. But otherwise it's a decent location, wait time isn't that long and 7/10 times you should be able to find what you're looking for!

Having Walgreens #10728 is convenient however, every time I buy the milk there it is spoiled. I can't find a place to email the store owner/manager so I hope someone sees it here. You can't let the milk delivery sit outside, it needs to be refrigerated immediately. Also, there is a lot of new people at this store but they need better training and a person dedicated to be around when they need assistance. They can't be expected to help us if management is not there to help them.

WORST PHARMACY !!! Rude Pharmacy tech!! All lazy and disrespectful. Find ways to not want to give you your prescription. Then love to ask why choose their location and many other dumb questions instead of giving you your medication. Disgusting Walgreens pharmacy.

Sold me an epi pen that expires in 6 months, when the expiration is supposed to be 12 months. They refused to take it back. I’m a college student and paid out of pocket for it. Absolute scam artists. Never go to this pharmacy again.

For over 10 years, I have been going on and off to this pharmacy to fill prescriptions. I called this pharmacy today to see if they have one of my prescriptions in stock and they confirmed that they do. My doctor sent over my script to them and when I arrived to pick it up, the woman pharmacist refused to honor it because I couldn’t show a valid drivers license (I had my passport ID, my expired drivers license, my insurance card, my credit card, every other piece of ID) and she still refused me. I was so upset and felt so mislead and confused that I started hysterical crying - I never felt so frustrated and inconvenienced in my life. In addition, the guy pharmacists that works there has been filling my script for YEARS & he verified that he knows me but the woman pharmacist was still turning me away. I don’t know who runs this branch but, it needs a serious revamping. This is not the way pharmacists should be treating long time customers. It was very strange too that they verified that they were going to fill my script then the minute I arrive, they refuse it. If they communicated a refusal to me over the phone, I would have filled it someplace else.I do not like to leave bad reviews. I really try my best to see the good in companies and people but, this experience really was awful & I feel it is my duty to inform the public of there terrible behavior so you don’t go through the same thing I did. Hopefully they hire better employees to take run this Walgreens - the ones there now are just a nightmare.

Just an awful experience speaking with the pharmacist department manager. She’s very unprofessional, extremely rude. I felt so discriminated by her, I’m not sure if it’s my name but her refusal to even be helpful and to end my call by telling me she refuses to help me and this is her pharmacy and I should fill my prescription somewhere else or go back to the Walgreens I came from. So rude!!!All I wanted to do was move a prescription from a Queens Walgreens to the Oceanside Walgreens. I tried explaining to her I live in Oceanside and it’s an inconvenient to travel to Queens every month. This woman should not work around medication!!

This Walgreens has the most NASTY and unprofessional Pharmacy Technicians, this has been going on for the past 2 months, unexceptiable.Brandon has a tendencies to treat us (Pharmacy customers) like we are "junkies." I know there are certain rules & laws that have to be followed for "controlled substances." However, Brandon takes this to another level. Also, Brandon goes on this "tiraid" of your insurance, even after you tell him you're paying cash.I have never been treated in such a horrible manner, that I and hopefully you will discontinue your business with WALGREENS.To be continued

I don't recommend this pharmacy, unless you have A Lot of extra time on your hand to straighten out their mistakes. I do not and they will never get a penny from me again. They charged me but did not send some of the items on my I called the main customer service that said I had to call them back later for a refund or go into the store to get the item. Their mistake is my problem to fix. She recommend I call the store manager. I called the store and was left on hold and transferred multiple time. When I finally reached the store manager she said she had to get something so she could look up the order number, passed the call to an employee and didn't come back to the phone call. 42 minutes on The phone. Called the main customer service number back and got a refund But after that guy also made an error on the amount of the refund. I also recently went to the drive up window and when the guy finally came over he told me he could not get my home Covid test for me - after the back and forth and he avoided doing his jobs and wasted my time He said oh I can get this for you now. Bad management in that store. 2 stars because some of the young people that work the register are really much better than average.

I can't blame the staff, which seem nice enough. However, even simple things like getting a flu shot are overcomplicated and done at a snail's pace.

This store is the definition of horrible customer service! I’m never given a hard time like this at CVS. If the company made a mistake, they should honor it not increase the price for the customer.

Hands-down the most annoying pharmacy to work with. They call you literally every day even on holidays to ask you about your prescription and when you are picking it up. I used to work with CVS and they would not harass you and would hold your prescription for a good amount of time. God forbid you’re away or busy Walgreens will just put your prescription back and you’ll have to have it refilled. After working with them for a couple of months I instantly switched to a privately owned pharmacy.

Lost my business for good. if you want to run around on Walgreen pharmacy's lunch schedule, this is your pharmacy. They break for lunch and will close the window early to suit their schedule. If you're looking for unreliable, this is your pharmacy. Two days in a row, my husband went to fill a script only to be turned away at 1pm (even tho their lunch hour begins at 1:30p) because they claim that the script cannot be filled within 1/2 hour. we had to make a second trip to pick up the script only to find out that 1 of the 3 were not in stock. We received an email this a.m. saying that the script was now available for pick up. upon arrival at 1pm, all windows were locked up. According to the store mgr, there was an emergency and they had to close all day today. what kind of show are they running here? dissappointing. Taking my business elsewhere.
