We were there August 25 Monday evening coming from nj . Dandy food is super delicious as well as their mango smoothie ! The guy who cooked our food was fast and super nice . The women cashier who’s very pretty was really nice as well . They have better customer service than our state Nj 😂

Arrived around 5:15 Wednesday Cashier threw a temper tantrum after we purchased ice. We noticed there was none inside after purchasing ice so patiently waited in line again to ask about the outside freezer. Was received with an attitude over there being a line and the cashier having no way of helping. After waiting for the lie to be gone the cashier threw the key across the store demanding we lock it up after.
Very sour experience.

So how am I suppose to go to a buisness that’s advertised to closed at 10 and yet. 9:55 the doors are already locked with the young kid dropping g the drawers behind the counter? If you are going to advertise to be open till a certain time then you should be and not closing early because you don’t wanna be there, you think I get to leave early at my job after 8,12,16 hours? But god forbid he has to get home to his computer smh

The Odessa Dandy just keeps getting worse. You call to make an order and you get attitude. When you say “thank you” you’re lucky if you get a “yup” or “uh huh” out of them before they hang up on you. I was raised when you work customer service and someone says “thank you” the response is “you’re welcome.” There have been numerous times when we call to place an order and they ask what we would like, we start to tell them and they cut us off.
The food is typically poor quality and often not made right. When in store, staff has been overheard saying things like “just leave already” or “just go away” when customers are seen walking in or pulling up. When we ask for things like having our pizza well done we get responses like “we can’t do that, we can’t change the temp on our oven” even after explaining that we would just like it put through a second time, we still get refused.
There needs to be a lot more attention to second shift by managers and corporate at this store! First shift is usually kind and considerate. But the customer service, respect for customers, and communication of second shift is quite often sorely lacking!

This is a local store with local people working there. They have a Subway inside that was why I went there . But the have so much more!Gas and grocery last minute items

I called and ordered onion ring and a cheese steak! They called back and said they were out of cheese steak! I ordered a tuna melt sub with onions tomatoes and pickels! I got a soggy sub with no onions or pickles! Was not a good experience!
