Advance Auto Parts is an awesome store with a friendly service and atmosphere. Customers love going there for car parts needs. The store provides helpful and pleasant service, with employees who are knowledgeable in getting the right parts. Staff members have been noted to go above and beyond with customer service, even offering hand tools and assisting with installations like replacing a light bulb or checking and tightening lug nuts for safety. They help the community with any automotive needs. While the store is generally excellent, a common note is that it can sometimes be busy. One drawback mentioned is that the in-store process, like printing a receipt to sign for a mobile app order, can feel slow and defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Had exactly what we needed and the manager was super knowledgeable

I placed a mobile app order for car cover for my fiancee's car. Order was ready in the back area of the store. One draw back. I had to wait for the slow computer to print the receipt so I could sign for the item which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.
