“Words cannot express how thankful we are for Don Morrisey at Performance Plus!!! We just moved here from California and needed to have our car inspected for New York. Don squeezed us in the same day, but it was more complicated because our check engine light was on. We came back a couple of days later, expecting it to be around $300. But Don was able to fix the problem and get our inspection done for under $70! All this just before he was going on vacation with his family. The man is friendly, reliable and so very , very honest. We are so thankful to have found him.”

“My partner took our car to get a NY inspection for the DMV after Monro attempted to hold passing the vehicle if it meant they could sell someone they saw as inexperienced a new set of brakes. Northern Equipment never made passing the DMV required inspection dependent upon a purchase, as Monro had. They stuck to the state requirements and did not attempt to upsell, break the vehicle, or otherwise push my partner into repairs they didn't need. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and addressed each concern that my disabled veteran partner brought up to them. Our vehicle passed the inspection within the same hour it was brought in.
I have no clue if the owners or technicians every see these reviews. But, if any of you do, thank you. You made a very scary and very upsetting process much easier for our family and for my veteran.”
