“Only reason I’m giving it 5stars is so people will see it. Picking the truck up was no issue, returning it was a different thing. I went and cleaned the inside of the cab and back, COVID and all, and I found a sandwich from McDonald’s underneath the drivers seat, there was a receipt with the sandwich from 05/01/2021, from a restaurant in Tillsonburg Ontario. I complained to the person working, he told me it wasn’t his issue, and that he would complete the truck inspection when his coworker came in later that day. He still has yet to complete my paperwork 2 days later. I returned the truck on Monday and only used a percentage of the miles I paid for. I paid for the rental, and now every time I call either the 1800 number or the store, I get hung up on.”
