“Everyone from the Dr. Truesdell, the Vet techs and clerical staff are friendly, polite and make a pet owner feel comfortable. I was able to ask questions (a lot). The greatest information they gave is a product called OdorBan. I got it at dollar tree. You would never know from the smell of my home that I have 2 young puppies! I have been using Town and Country for 26 years and have never had a problem. They were so amazing when we had to euthanize our Noel a few years back, due to severe dementia and crying all time. They were absolutely amazing, giving us the time we needed to mourn and have closure. The only negative thing that I could say is that my dogs are really small and crated. The last three visits, the larger dogs that in the waiting room were pulling on their leashes, and they kept leaping after my dogs. You could tell the owners were struggling. I would appreciate that if there are aggressive larger dogs be asked to take them outside.”
