Pam and the guides couldn’t be any better fantastic time with them and they go so far out of the way to be helpful. Can’t wait to go back.

Best place to ride. And I spoke to a couple of people that have their horses there & they said its the best stable around. The owner used to give my daughter lessons. Highly recommended !!!

Beautiful and clean facility. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The horses are very well cared for and spend lots of time outside. The trails into the park are beautiful and the guides are great and informative. A gem to have in Nassau County.

So happy my adult daughter and I did the trail ride! The horses were gentle, clean and very used to having humans on their backs. The 2 guides did a great job. And the trail itself was bucolic and picturesque. You would never think you were in Nassau County. I would definitely recommend this activity, no matter what your age or experience with horses is.

It’s hard to speak on how awesome Bethpage Equestrian Center is, words don’t really do this place any justice. As both a boarder (this isn’t a paid review) & someone who genuinely cares about supporting the small businesses in my community, it felt necessary to try— I’d like other people to know and get to experience the magic of BEC just like i’m lucky enough to.The owner, the managers/staff and the rest of the boarders have created an awesome mix of people and relaxed atmosphere that’s hard to replicate. Walk in the door, and you’ll feel the love and see how much thought goes into the management of that barn. It’s with their help and resources that my horse is healthier and happier.I’ve found that the members of the Bethpage team are kind and helpful. Honestly what keeps me boarding is catching how attuned they are, almost to an instinctual level, when it comes to the upkeep of the animals. The owner knows these horses like she was born on one. I’ve seen her managers be the first to notice changes in behavior & appetite or stay late to accommodate issues, and I trust her judgement immensely bc she cares about the integrity of her staff. On top of taking care of boarders, Bethpage does some amazing trail rides, offers birthday parties & clinics and still makes sure that they’re never spread too thin. The trail guides are friendly and experienced, don’t let the age of any of them fool you! You’ll ride right through Bethpage State Park and snake around some of best golf courses in the country (no seriously, go look @ Bethpage Black). If you’re lucky, you’ll see the resident groundhog!Again, I want to make it clear that I don’t get anything for writing this— this isn’t a paid review by any means, just the truth from someone who’s experienced what it’s like to ride elsewhere in NYC/on LI and wouldn’t anymore. Come here, it’s awesome. See you soon.

This review is also in response to Mr. Kevin Wang's review, my wife and I were both there when your wife called and hung up on the owner and you called back and were not only yelling but were rude and insulting as well. Both of you were treated with respect and professionalism. You could of came down and handled this like an adult instead of the inappropriate way you did and also by posting a false review.I can say that this facility is kept in mint condition and anyone can come at anytime and see for themselves,.

I took my daughter there today for her second riding lesson (my wife took her the first week). They called earlier because of the excessive heat and said they couldn't ride today but my daughter could still come and help groom the horse. She still wanted to go and she was absolutely not disappointed. The instructor Julianna was excellent. My daughter you to groom and bathe the horse and just talk to Julianna and learn all about horses. She had so much fun today. The smile on her face was priceless. You could also see the Julianna is very passionate about teaching her students and my daughter loves her lessons here.

Bethpage Equestrian center is a good place to do the trail rides. The trail ride was fun and peaceful. It was a little scary as the chickens bothered the other rider's horse. The ride was mostly great, the horse stayed on track. During a small section of my ride, my horse got a little out of control but I managed it and it was back to normal again. The scenery was nice and calm. John and Lauren were our instructors and they were attentive, making sure everything is ok. Both took pictures so make sure to get them at the end. The horses are well behaved, it is expected that they are bothered by the flies that bite and they eat the grass. Control them with the reins so that they won't eat. If you get a horse that is acting wildly, in the beginning, just ask and they will switch it out for you. I would go again. It was worth the money.
