Got exactly what I ordered. Shipped same day I talked with them on the phone. Great customer service. Will buy all my optics from here from now on. I asked about an open box item and they explained exactly what happened with that particular item.

First time call and visit to Jeff at Cameraland was so helpful. Brick and Mortar Places like these for startup photographers as well as Pro’s is desperately needed. I'm glad this camera store is still around. I bought my first pro digital camera from them in early 2000s - Fuji S2. I just ordered my first spotting scope from them.
