“You find a lot of these village-serving branches in rural areas. Equal parts professional and casual and service you don't usually expect from the Post Office. You think of people waiting in line in a tense, clinical fashion waiting for disinterested employees. Not here. Just your neighbors at work. I'm glad when I have an issue with my mail, that these guys are the ones I go to.”

Kelly was not only friendly and helpful, she was totally patient and knew her job.They say when someone complains and doesn’t back up their complaint with validity, it’s usually the complainer that that is at fault. Perhaps a visit to your therapist before you return to the Post Office and belittle Kelly is in order.”

“The clerk was phenomenal as I was sending out legal documents for work certified mail, and I have a tremor in my hand and can't write clearly. Very patient and helpful explaining that having the signature receipt doesn't always work because they simply won't sign it, and apparently that's okay (it shouldn't be, maybe 4.5 stars to the USPS, and 5 to the Valatie office). However I will get a confirmation it was delivered, which is all that matters! Thank you again very much for the help! And the young man who was working the window who usually works in the back... He was excellent!”
