I have been crossfitting on and off for 14 years and must say the programming here is nothing short of amazing. I love how the workouts have scalable options on push press so you can go into each workout with a game plan. They offer metabolic and strength training classes which compliment each other so well. The best part about this gym isn’t just the workouts it’s the comradery (and all the dogs running around!!!!) It has reconnected me with friends I used to CrossFit with back in the day and I am forever grateful!!”

“I've been to several OTF locations, including out of state, and I've never had a bad experience, but this particular location is special. The SA's are always lovely and the coaches here are great. Alyssa, Nikki, Robyn and Shaina are my favorites. They are motivating without being overbearing. I'm still a beginner and can't physically do all of the movements on the floor or hit all of the recommended speeds or inclines on the tread (YET!) and I find the coaches to be encouraging without making me feel ashamed or self conscious. In just the few months that I've been consistently showing up, I see so much improvement in my strength and endurance, but more importantly, maybe, is the improvement in my mental health. If you're thinking about coming for a class and are afraid, don't be. I let so much time pass because I didn't think I could do it. Don't be like me. The first class is free, come give it a try.”

“I started the Guaranteed Weight Loss Program at Peak Performance Fitness in June 2025. To date I have lost 32 lbs and 6% body fat! Titus has been my trainer and has played a big role in keeping me consistent and accountable. He adjusts my workouts and nutrition based on my progress and goals. The gym is a friendly place with a real sense of community. I feel stronger, more confident and happier since starting the program and working with Titus. Facility - Excellent. Clean with plenty of equipment and a turf area for many different activities.

Membership was very easy to freeze / cancel. They are on top of communication which from my experience many gyms tend to be horrible at. I dread having to jump through 300 hoops to have a gym stop charging me. P10 just needs a single email which they promptly respond to.

“I took my first class very early one morning, so it was just me and one other person. This made the class feel very personal, and the instructor was able to train us on a better level. It was a 30 minute class that consisted of using the climber machine half the time and then doing light weight lifting the other half. I wasn't crazy about the machine because it was a bit too intense for me, but I enjoyed the other half of the class. The instructor was awesome and kept pushing us beyond what we thought we could handle. I don't think this is the type of studio I would buy a membership at, but I would buy some drop in classes.”

“My name is Maria Bard and I have been a Healthtrax member at the Garden City facility, for some time. I have only words of gratitude for all the people working there. Everyone is nice, helpful and professional. My life has changed for the better since I go to the gym. Especially, I would like to commend Mary, our excellent instructor in Aqua Fitness Therapy Pool on Mondays and Thursdays at 6 pm. Mary is also in charge of Aqua Tabata Cool Pool on Tuesdays at 6 pm. Mary’s classes are fabulous, she is an outstanding trainer, we follow a pre-choreographed routine with an incredible good selected music. She explains the reasoning behind the exercises and corrects our posture to avoid injury. Mary has been an inspiration to me, after her classes I feel at the same time full of energy and relaxed. Thanks to Mary I feel confident that my workout at her classes has increased my equilibrium and the strength to be able to perform all the exercises. I highly recommend joining Mary’s classes to everyone.”
“I love this gym better than the city gyms. Staff is nice. Machines and weights are great. Never have a problem with parking. For those that complain about parking I am guessing they just don’t want to walk a little further from the back to the front ?? Kind of defeats the purpose of going to a gym if that’s your only complaint .”
