STAY AWAY
Appointment made days in advance for an oil change and to look at a few things
9 am drop off and nobody called until i did after 4 pm , i was getting ready to ask what time they close and they hung up on me....
Immediately walk over there....
They never touched the car
A bloody oil change
HOW LONG DOES THAT TAKE?
No courtesy call and they hung up on me stressing me further that my car might be locked in the shop and forced ro ask for a ride to and from work . .
When you treat customers(humans) withno courtesy it shows no respect and thats how small businesses fail
Matter of time if you keep it up
I am definitely not doing business there

Best ever. They get me in on short notice for emergencies, and are always honest about what needs to be done. Repairs are done quickly and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!

I’ve trusted the Al Lemon team for close to 10 years now, and use them exclusively for all of our vehicles.
The only time I don’t bring my vehicles to them is if they’re so busy and have a long wait, and there’s something urgent that needs fixed.
Great guys, thorough and just all around awesome to deal with. Can’t recommend them enough.
