Don't send your kids to get air in the tires..... the bikes come home like this..... Staff did a wonderful job breaking it..... worst service!

Are you kidding me I grew up having to work in that situation and let me tell you something my old man never let anything go out the doors if it wasn't done rite and that's the way it still works today. 3 generations of family owned and operated nothing leaves that shop unless it's done rite.

Thank you "ALS", yesterday i called "ALS", My daughter, a Bonnie Girl, had a large rattling noise coming from her car when in drive "D", being remote in Rochester it was alarming to me and her and i advised he not to drive home this week, when i called and spoke with Brad, he asked me to have her stop by and he would take a look, (the service center closest to her, said they could look at the car in 5-days), this lead me to "ALS", Brad met with her at 3:00PM, he had the car on the lift and repaired in 20 Minutes at an extremely fair price, she now can drive home and know she is safe and without damage to the car, Thankyou Brad & ALS, customers for life :) Tim P
