Was able to schedule an appointment at a convenient time, the replacement part I needed was in stock, and I was in and out in record time. Service was excellent as always.”

“After having a terrible experience with another (not local) dealership to get a fender bender fixed on my CX-5 I went over to Rick Bokman to see if they could help me. The staff was friendly and very helpful! Aside from the parts that were back ordered taking a while, which is obviously not something that they could help, they were quick about getting my car fixed and keeping my informed on the time frame of the parts. I wouldn’t go anywhere else after this experience. My vehicle looks brand new and like the accident never happened. I cannot recommend them enough for any auto body needs.”
“I was there today to get a new tire put on and they couldn't figure out what tire I needed. I told them the year, make and model of my vehicle along with the tire size. Then she says What kind of tires do you need? I couldn't help but laugh a little and I said Well I don't know. Then she gets mad and starts having attitude over it. I said I've been here before and got two new tires and everything was good. She tried finding me in the computer to see what tires I needed and couldn't find me. Then she said she would have to order them and it would take up to two days. I decided I needed it done sooner. After I left I wondered why she offered to order the tire if she didn't know what tire I needed. I'll probably go back there because they do a good job but good grief they need someone who knows what they're doing ?”

Two mechanics came across the street and managed to get it started, I then drove it across the street to their shop and they repaired the battery terminal connector in minutes.
