Shout out to a great team! Thank you Lucas, Brett, Cory , Micheal and the rest of the team. Omw from RI to Ohio to visit family, check engine light came on. Stopped at this Autozone store. They did a free diagnostic. My car had a few error codes. The team looked at my engine and gave me some sound advice as to how to proceed. Then helped me look into my options. Unfortunately I won't make it to Cleveland today but my family and I are safe and we get to spend the night in this friendly town.

I asked for help looking under my car for potential damage. The girl who "waited" on me wouldn't help, claiming that they couldn't. They didn't even have a mirror or anything for sale so I could try and check it out. Nobody would so much as come outside to take a look. Since there's nobody else open that I would trust not to rip me off, I thought Auto Zone would have been a good bet. THAT was a mistake!

Don't order parts here. I ordered a part for my car. Was told it would be in tomarrow and I'd get a call when it was in. It never showed up. About a week later I called and explained the situation. They ordered me a new part. Told me it would be in tomarrow. Told me they would call me when it was in. Next day rolls by, they call me at noon and confirm that my part is in. I drive 40 mi it's to pick it up from the store just to find out that not only do they not have it, but they also don't even have the order listed in the computer. Management should consider hiring more competent employees. Looks like I'm switching to Napa.
