Had the guy doing the body work call n tell them what he wanted, a pre-mixed baslac using the digital camera to match the color right. I get down there, they ask me for the code instead of using the camera and they don't make sure its the correct mixture containing the harder and all that. The body work guy called and asked what happened but didn't matter... when I went down there it was like nobody had called they had no clue what I was talking about at all, and the guy doen there pretended not to even know who I was talking about when I said who had called.

The family that runs Baer's Auto Parts Inc, 1709 Olean-Portville Rd Olean, New York are not trustworthy people, I will not do any kind of business with them again. I am not talking about the "other Baers" thats a junkyard.
