I had purchased a vehicle and while being inspected there was an issue. Joe and I spoke and not even 4 days later now has my family and I in an explorer. And he gave it to me at a very very decent price. We are very grateful and so far I love my new vehicle. Thank you so much for your help in a time of need. It's very much appreciated and was very much needed. Joe and his wife cierrah went above and beyond to give me any assistance needed to ensure I had all of what I needed to make this purchase possible
UPDATE: I have only had my vehicle since December 2024 and have had to put so much money into repairs and it's on the verge of taking a s*** I would not suggest going to this place of business if you want something that's going to last longer

Dealt with joe @ benny’s for days as he answered every question i had or could think of for a GMC, asking them through messenger , text and phone calls from buffalo a 1.5 hour drive away , whilst giving me a reasonable price and several options or “deals” to choose from on the path ahead. I ended up buying out of state at thr 11th hour.. (shitty move i know) but they and joe will be my first call when something breaks on my RR , or when its time to shop again. Even when pulling out of a verbal deal we had at literally the last moment , all they and joe did was wish me the best luck possible and gave me zero BS. I didnt have a single bad experience or message or call from ”start of messaging to pulling out of deal “

(UPDATE MARCH 2025…WE PAID $6k FOR A CAR THAT WE PUT OVER $1k OF WORK INTO, AND ONLY LASTED US 10 MONTHS. SOLD THE JUNK FOR $1.5k LAST MONTH)
Not recommended! GO SOMEWHERE ELESE!
$6k for a 09 traverse with 190k miles (probably only worth $2k)
BAD wheel bearing NOT DISCLOSED (he fixed after return but took a week with it at his ) [MET UP WITH ANOTHER UNHAPPY CUSTOMER THERE TO RETURN THEIR JUNK HE SOLD THEM WHILE WAITING]
Check engine light came on 5 minutes down the road (clogged catalytic converter because of hole in manifold) NOT DISCLOSED
Stereo didn’t work NOT DISCLOSED
Both rear springs/shocks broken NOT DISCLOSED
Broken and missing interior parts
License plate light out
Missing pressure sensors on all 4 tires
Transmission slipping after 3 months
Was told there was a 1 year engine and transmission warranty…
It’s a USED transmission and YOU have to pay for the labor NOT DISCLOSED
Take your money somewhere else or beware!

Fiance bought a car there. Every wheel nut was put on with an impact and from the way it seems the studs were cross threaded. So now I have to figure out how the hell to replace her brakes that were bad since the start.
