Food is usually very good, made a mistake ordering sub asked for very little oil, it was drenched with oil , it leaked through the sub wrapping, it leaked through to the paper bag it was carried in. Wasted money could only eat a quarter of it.

Attempted to purchase alcohol for a bachelor party with my expired ID AND temporary state issued ID and they told me it’s against corporate policy because they can’t scan it. Which I pointed out was not the case and they still refused, the short heavy woman at the counter proceeded to scream at me while I was walking out after talking to the manager David. Won’t return and will definitely follow up with United Refining.

Stop here a lot - mostly during the day shift. The staff on the day shift is the best, bar none. Almost all of them are extremely efficient and kind. Those that haven't reached this level are still good but still learning. They must be an ok company because so many of their staff have been there a really long time. Just one thing, I get the chicken wing pizza a lot. It's really good. Got one the other night from the E. State St. store and couldn't believe how much better it was. They are definitely doing something different than each other. It's something in the crust. 12th st. crust seems to be a little over soaked with grease for some reason and flat. E. state was light and airy but still crispy. maybe they are greasing the pans too much before putting the pizza in them. Otherwise, this is a great store in Olean.
*wish they would bring back the ham, egg & cheese biscuit and/or muffin in the grab and go case. I know they'll make it to order but usually don't have time to wait in the morning on the way to work.

Good gast station with decent snacks and food. My complaints is when using the men's bathroom, you can make eye contact with other men using the urinal and while they wash their hands.

My go to coffee spot in the morning. Such friendly staff. Always hot food ready to be served. Clean and nice atmosphere. The morning staff make this place really good.

The experience sucks when it's not day shift. I barely use that store anymore tbh the one girl is a striaght judgemental horrible non smiling person who has some sort of unknown for any readon bc we do not know her but my friend even peeped it and asked why she was treating me so poorly bc she just kept saying It's Your Food stamp card u don't have enough food stamps it's keeps declining your food stamp card, mind you I wasn't having a decline her machine was brand new she had no clue how to use it and just made sure everyone next door at the bank heard her chastise me about using a snap benefit card and then the guys from 11 to 7 shift along w this road like princess lady she about 40 45 they always crack non funny jokes about ppl buying soda w a snap card, fountains and anything if it's not broccoli we must be draining society even though as tax payers we pay for our snap benefits at work. Smh never go there after dark
