The food isn't bad however the stuff named Darcy is very very rude and so is the other so called manager they have no respect for customers always very very rude and disrespectful and God forbid u ask a question here

On my way to a bachelor party and unfortunately my state ID expired last week (I have it along with my temporary ID) and the manager David stated it’s company policy that if they can’t scan the picture ID (even with a scannable paper ID and the previous license). Absolutely ridiculous.

Got a chicken wing pizza there on monday evening. It was delicious. I get them all the time at the 12th st store and this was so much better than i get over there. i can't quite figure out what is different. something with the crust i think. much lighter and crisper. and the toppings were more evenly dispersed instead of all clumped together in the middle. but the staff on 12th st is much nicer and more efficient.

There's no directions on the pump to use your card as credit.

Apparently when you have just enough funds for something it won't accept. I even showed them that I had just enough, and they kept blaming my card for being the problem even though I had just used it earlier. Don't go here if you're in a pinch.

Tell your employees to wash there ass. No one wants to cash out and smell someone who clearly doesnt shower enough. Its nasty. I get people have issues but when you smell like week old garbage something needs to be done ?

I stopped here cause I was tryna get home. But my phone died. And I looked everywhere for an outlet and couldn't find one. One of the employees came in my phone wasn't on yet I asked if they knew of any taxi services around d the area she rudely said no. Then proceeded to come back five mins later acting like I was doing something wrong cause I smelt like cannabis. The bathroom wasn't smokey I didn't have my weed out nor my lighter. I proceeded to tell her I'm sorry I couldn't find an outlet and she literally just kept telling me to get out of "her" bathroom. I felt completely uncomfortable especially since I did buy some stuff while waiting for my ride to arrive. Firstly you fat bish WEED IS LEGAL AND IF I SMELL LIKE IT OH WELL I WASNT SMOKING IN YOUR BATHROOM.... WHEN I politely asked where the outlet was she was rude and ignorant. This establishment obviously has no training on how to handle situations I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else cause there attitudes are disgusting. Like get over yourself you 30 working at co fair. I get it your life socks I'd be mad to if that's the only job I could cop. I'll be smoking weed put front of your establishment cause it's legal you imbosaul

Service sucked sandwiches were cold and staff was completely belligerent to what was going on the entire time while having an ignorant attitude. Asked for the manager Peggy I believe her name was and she was even worse. Staffing really needs new employees as it is clearly beyond improving. 0/10

Don't order hot dogs from this location. They don't understand that toppings are not to be put under the food! Maybe they should call them something else if that's how they make it there.
