Love the place, just a heads up, that the Hammerback and Point restaurants are shut down and have been for a couple years now. And they no longer have an arcade. Just bowling, mini golf and fun! I also would like to let people know that for cosmic bowling on saturdays, for safety reasons, the lights above the tables have to stay on.

Poor customer service, Alyssa at the front desk refused to sell anyone in the bowling alley alcohol and not to mention you pay for cosmic bowling but they refuse to turn the lights off! Not a recommended place to go bowling

Had my sonās 11th birthday there they were great would highly recommend for a kids birthday party. They were so nice and made sure we had everything we needed for his party. I really appreciated it.

Customer service was horrible. I placed a reservation for bowling and food. Almost 45 minutes into our bowling I was like when is our food coming. Well come to find out it was done but sitting in the restaurant. I was not notified that the food was ready and I had to go get it. There needs to be a better system in place for food orders and when they are ready.

A group of six girls came for a 7:15 reservation, two being over 21 and four of us being 16-18 years old. They told us they ācouldnāt findā it, so it took them another 15-20 minutes to get us in, even though the majority of the lanes were empty. The two older girls went to order an alcoholic beverage, and the younger ones later attempted to order shirley temples. They ran out of supplies to make it, but continued to give us three drinks of ginger ale, one cherry, and 1-2 drops of left over cherry juice. They refused to give us any other additives that would make it taste better, causing a conversation to last longer than needed and that made their customers feel inferior. It was later announced over the loud speaker, for everyone to hear, that anyone under 21 drinking from someoneās alcoholic drink would get kicked out. Given that we were the only group with under age people, it was clearly obvious that it was made for us, especially since we were being watched through the windows from the bar. This used to be a great time for friends and family to have a fun time, but it now feels like we canāt enjoy our time.

If I could give negative stars I would. We showed up early for our reservation and they claimed they ācouldnāt find itā. I had the confirmation number and the receipt. We started 15 minutes after our scheduled time and were cut off early. Two people at our table were over 21 and ordered cocktails. The other 4 tried to get shirley temples and the bar claimed that grenadine has alcohol so they gave us ginger ale and cherries. We had to go to the bar THREE times before they replaced it with sprite. Then the old woman behind the counter proceeded to announce to the entire room that people under 21 should not be taking sips of alcoholic drinks or else the party would be kicked out. We were the only group here that had people under 21 at the table. This caused everyone to turn and stare at us. They continued to harass us and stare at us, as well as walk near our table as often as possible. We were treated as criminals and they acted upset that they had to do their jobs. Awful experience.

I came for a 7:15 reservation that they said it was lost so it started off late to begin with. After finally getting in, 2 adults in our group got alcoholic drinks and the rest of us asked for Shirley temples. They proceeded to give us straight ginger ale with a cherry in each and no juice even with us watching her āmakeā them and gave no apology. When we asked she said they ran out and wasnāt friendly whatsoever. She eventually let us switch out for sprites but all workers have continued to gossip and watch us like weāre in the wrong. They even took it as far as going on the loud speaker and said weād be kicked out if we were underage drinking when no one under 21 touched even the cup that contained alcohol. Overall terrible experience and we wonāt be coming back.

Absolutely disgusting with the customer service of this place this year. Last year was perfectly fine but this year is completely different. First thing when I walked through the door they already had another customer who was already having problems with them today. Then they gave us a still frozen pizza was told about it made a deal about it brought it back out a doughy mess and stuck to the pan. Then they shut our game off on us early. We didn't even finish one game it was ridiculous. The ladies behind the counter were not all that nice either

Went here last year and everything was fun, we bowled 2 games at the birthday party and everything went great. This year the same as we booked in advance, they even called few days before informing us as what pizza we wanted and drinks so they were ready. We showed up 30mins early to set up and are pizzas were ready in a few minutes and drinks. I ordered an extra pizza with all the topping both times we went and it came out not even cooked, frozen in the center. He just took it back to oven after we touched it and tried it??? He brought it back and that time it was doughy and stuck to the pan. I told manager that I wanted my money back for the pizza, $28 and never heard nothing after that. We went to bowl on the next hour because you get 1 hour in the room and 1 hr bowling. We were on 8 th frame and it was only in like 30mins. We had 30 mins left and they shut are game off and we were done. Very upset and how they set up everything. Another person leaving before us had same thing. I'm not doin this again. Matt was manager the first time and he made us have fun. This time sucked....

They charge you $53.00 for cosmic bowling and then they refuse to turn the lights off. False advertising at its finest, not worth it!!!!!!
