“I have been to many gyms in my life and I am always very happy to come back to this gym when I am in town. Not only is the gym spotless, it has some of the best equipment I’ve ever used. Old & new. A staff member here & personal trainer is one of the most knowledgeable people I’ve ever met when it comes to training, movement patterns, and biomechanics. Everyone here is eager to help.This place is for everyone but especially those who train seriously. The staff does not allow people to run amuck like you see so often in gyms these days.Random note: this place is so well kept they even have a head of maintenance to ensure the highest upkeep of all equipment, facilities, and plumbing. AWESOME place”

The staff is very professional and trained, especially the young lady who stocks the counter like a professional. The dog next door in the physical therapy clinic makes me fee better when I workout.
