Every time I go here for my annual appointment, I always leave happy and overly satisfied. It doesn’t matter who does my hair, because you can truly trust any of the amazing stylists to do your hair. So far, I’ve had Corrie and Alysa highlight and cut my hair, and they’ve been so friendly and amazing at what they do. Not only is the service outstanding, but the prices are extremely reasonable compared to other salons. I highly recommend for someone who doesn’t already have their own preferred stylists.

Went to get my hair bleached the lady doing my hair was rude and unprofessional. Told me she could lighten my hair and bleaching didn’t do anything and then asked me if she could just dye it brown and that I was still have to pay for everything else plus the extra brown dye job, paid over 300 dollars to walk out with the exact same color hair was absurd. Waste of time and money will not be coming again.Also my mother came with my to get her eyebrows waxed the lady did not take her time and they came out uneven and to thin.Services: Hair coloring

Today, I had a balayage color by Corrie. It was my first time at JCP salon, but it felt like I had gone there for years. She did an amazing job. Exactly the subtle color I was looking for! She really listens to the customer and is very professional. Probably my best color yet. Thank you!!!

I see I haven't posted in awhile..this is my favorite salon my favorite people who are very experienced and professional. My hair has never felt and looked better. Today Gordon worked his magic and my hair is in great condition the keratherapy makes my hair feel like silk. He styles it like he was born with this gift! Fantastic hairstylist and I have had many! My favorite place to relax get some good pampering! And Sam is great at eyelash extensions I got mine done today she is a professional and very easy to get along with and just a sweet lady Thanks Gordon and Sam!

Had a great experience with this Salon! Went in to freshen up a haircut that wasn't my favorite. Olivia was very attentive & listened to my comments. She made suggestions and gave me options. After about an hour I went from frumpy to Wow! My husband even reacted giving me the eye ;) She was the first stylist I've had where I actually liked the way she styled my hair. Call me picky but I usually have to go home and fix it the way I like to wear it. Again, she asked questions & listened. The team lead by the owner, Gordon, was fun and professional. He was giving advice & sharing his expertise when asked (a sure sign of a great operator). Some of the staff was working on continuous education. They are expanding to offer more services like lash extensions. They offer Aveda and Redkin products. I love Redkin and was pleased to find them there since I'm from Texas & just visiting. We visit Olean a couple times per year. I can definitely see myself back at Aquaria Salon to take full advantage of their services!! Thanks Y'all!!

You lost a customer today. I took my 91 year old father to our local store today to try and find some shoes. We found the style he wanted on the display but could not find that shoe on the shelves near the display. I took the shoes and went looking for an associate since there was not one to be seen anywhere. After looking for a while, I finally found someone.
