This is a nice JCPennys! But today and the last few times, I shopped there,l They didn't have alot to choose from in the Plus size section, and alot of their plus sizes are geared more towards older ladies, I know Ai certainly don't want shirts eith elastic in the upper arms, and dresses that look like tents lol. Please try to stock better and put more stylish, younger looking clothes. Otherwise customer service was excellent.

It was 6:50 pm, and I asked the lady at desk to first register for rewards and then process the bill. She immediately processed the bill and asked for payment. I paid the amount immediately. Then, I asked if she registered for rewards. She said no. She later registered for rewards and said since bill is already processed its not elegible for rewards. Later I observed prices were more than displayed at store.
Store closes at 7:00 pm, and they were in hurry to close the store and let the customer out. Overall bad experience.

I ordered some sandles for my daughter & I asked them to send them to my daughter, but they came to me. They don't want to pay for shipping, obviously! I gave the guy my daughter's phone #, address, & email! If they weren't going to ship there, why did they ask me all those questions? Never again. People there can't speak English very well & obviously can't understand it either.
