I noticed there was another side that's completely closed. There seems to be a lot of machines that need repairs. I would think that the owners would make more money with more machines.... hmmmmm?

I thought my favorite suede jacket was ruined by aluminum dust but it was rescued! They worked with me every step of the way with pictures to review, getting it done in less than a week, and for a very fair price. I would trust Ash John with any leathers you have with any kind of stains.

Washers work that's about it! Just had a dryer stop working in the middle of a cycle. 14 dryers only 3 working! Close or fix do something, please do something.

I’ve been using John Ash Cleaners for all my dry cleaning, alterations and repairs forever. When I took my daughter’s wedding gown in for cleaning and repairs after her reception, I wasn’t holding out much hope they’d be able to get the blacktop stains and footprints out of the train, or repair the damaged hem. It looked like a bunch of toddlers had been playing dress up in it, in a parking lot! I don’t know what magic they used, but the gown looks like new, and is packaged in a keepsake box. We can’t thank them enough for the miracle they worked on that dress!

Another establishment where the owners are only out to get your money. Outdated machine is putting it likely. Only two large capacity washers and apparently they let them leak all over the floor.

Wow can't believe this is considered a laundromat. Most of the dryers are busted in some way. The larger load washers are broken. This is a sad sad sad place to try and do laundry. For you and your clothes sake dont take them here.

Do not let them anywhere near your wedding dress! Maybe they are ok to tailor a pair of pants but they completely destroyed my wedding dress. I wish I never brought my dress there. The lace trim around my waist is completely destroyed. It looks awful. Naomi may have been decent before but she’s clearly lost her touch because I never would have thought a professional did this. I kept pointing out all that was wrong and by the end they just clearly didn’t care. When I went in for my first fitting they didn’t even know what dresses were mine. My dresses were hanging unprotected in different areas and my wedding dress had several black smudges on the skirt and snags all over. They altered my rehearsal dinner dress and never measured my arms despite me asking several times so it’s still not right and I was just done arguing with them because I wanted to get my dresses and leave. They ruined the whole wedding dress experience for me and I will never be back for anything. I will drive to Rochester or Buffalo for any dry cleaning needs. Worst experience of my life.

I have always been a fan of John Ash Cleaners - always friendly service, reasonable prices, a perfect example of how a business should be run. Today I stopped in to see if they could fix a ripped seam in my favorite mitten. Of course they did, and there was no charge! I just love them!
